Magnetic material technology -- cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy --F75
● Precipitation hardening martensite (with magnetic) → special sintering process → austenite (non-magnetic)
● Higher hardness and strength than general sintered austenitic stainless steel
● Improved salt spray resistance Huawei HONOR
Mobile phone appearance parts
● Thin pieces, non-magnetic, without interference of electromagnetic signals
● Strong corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance
Huawei smartwatch buttons
● Provide enough rigidity and deformation in the process of repeated presses
● Comparable to stainless steel appearance, can do all kinds of surface treatment, such as polishing, wire drawing, PVD, etc
Metal injection moulding of complex shaped parts
MIM technology enables the production of complex shaped parts according to the same manufacturing principle as plastic injection moulding. We inject a mixture of a metallic material with a plastic binder. This is followed by a debinding process in which the plastic is eliminated from the workpiece. Finally, the mechanical properties of the material are restored during sintering.
